  I’ve been to this location quite a few times and have never had any issues. Though, I had a pretty rough day today so I went to 7brew expecting the usual friendly workers, but was instead met with someone who made me feel a bit disregarded. It’s 8pm, and there’s only me and one other car present. Upon arrival, the worker seemed to be talking with a group of friends— which I don’t mind. It’s just after conversation ended, the worker would make eye contact with me, but I wasn’t helped until the friends left… (a good few minutes had passed). Once it was time for my order to be taken, I tell him what I want, and he immediately hops on his phone. I finish choosing the tip amount and things, and he doesn’t even realize I’m ready to pay because he’s too engrossed in his phone. I finish paying, and my order is done pretty quickly. The worker goes to the kitchen and stands in front of my finished drink for 2 minutes while he does something on his phone… all while I’m sitting there watching him. By the time I got my drink I was pretty upset. I’ve never experienced anything like this at 7brew— a usually friendly and attentive establishment. Not even the usual conversation was had… my drink was great, but the overall experience really sucked.

  Not sure what happened to this place. Maybe it was the people working but my order was completely wrong and tasted AWFUL. I have been coming here since it opened and never had any issues but I tried them again since and it was still terrible.

  I'm a big fan of good coffee houses, and so any of these drive-thru places that can make a good strong iced or frozen coffee drink mix with a good whipped up cream and some flavors that pop, I guess I'm just the wrong one to ask to be frugal, because it's overpriced but well worth it and I'll be going back as soon as I can.
