  Terrible experience. Do not eat here! There are much better places to eat along Rogers Ave than Whataburger. The young kids working the cash register have no idea what's going on. I spent about 10 minutes waiting for them to sort out an order mix up with 3 orders, while the other employees were in the background fooling around with with each other. I called to get corporate's number and the young girl refused to give it to me. Do not waste your time here. They screwed up my order, and left my receipt on the drive thru counter. By the time I received my order (they forgot the drink), it was lukewarm. That was the worst $40 I've spend it in recent memory.

  Very disappointed with our order We live in Russellville, so we drove all the way to Clarksville specifically to pick up this order. We trusted the restaurant to prepare everything correctly, especially since we were making the trip out there. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with an extra meat patty on each burger. The receipt clearly shows “2 LARGE MEAT PATTY,” but when we got home, we realized that both burgers only had one patty. We paid for the extra meat but did not receive it. We were also missing the Honey BBQ dipping sauce that we ordered. It’s extremely frustrating to drive from Russellville to Clarksville, only to get home and realize that items we paid for were missing. We shouldn’t have to make another trip back because the order wasn’t checked before it was handed to us. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a pretty disappointing experience, especially considering the distance we had to travel.

  I love Whataburger and have for years, we stopped at this one around 1pm, Wednesday, July 15, 2026. 1) No soap in ladies room, told “I know, I’ll get to it later.” An employee was leaving the restroom when I walked in. There were several employees standing around who could have tended to the matter. If someone gets sick I guess we’ll know why. 2) Placed order to-go, upon opening the bag after we are on the interstate, I discovered the expensive chicken sandwich had been placed inside on its side. The whole sandwich had come apart with the sauce dripping out so badly he couldn’t eat it and drive at the same time. 3) My burger was dry since there didn’t seem to be any mustard or the mayo I asked for. 4) The fries were good tho.
