  Food wasn't fresh. Bo bites and biscuits were hard and dry. Ordered at 2:50pm today

  So ridiculous that they have like eight people working and still it takes 10 minutes to get two sausage biscuits when I see the biscuits sitting there and I see the sausage. This is a travel station. People literally are on a pitstop trying to make good time and these employees have no clue what’s going on. It made me wait forever now I’m 20 minutes behind schedule just because they can’t make two sausage biscuits when everything is sitting there.

  We drove 2 hours to eat here and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious but the service from Sherri was just as good! We had a large order and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was fresh and hot! We even dropped a bag of food in the car and she quickly went to have it remade! We will be back!! Thank you Sherri for your hospitality and good food!

  When traveling down I-40 I rarely miss a stop at this Bojangles location - sadly we don't have one closer to us. This location has been clean, fast, friendly and efficient every time we have stopped here. The food has almost always been hot and very fresh, and typically by the time they hand you your drink and you go to fill it up, they are calling out your name with your food order to grab - very fast service. I can say I've only had one experience with this location that was only slightly less than fantastic and honestly they were very busy that day around lunchtime so I'm going to say it was likely just a fluke - service was still great that day as far as friendliness and speed, but the food wasn't as hot/fresh as it typically was, though it would have still matched basically any other chicken place out there at that point, that's how much better this location usually is - and we were still glad we stopped that day. The countless other times we have been in, it has been just awesome and a league of it's own.
