  Legitimately THE WORST sonic. I always wait at least 15 mins after the app says to pick it up the only car hop that's any good I JJ the soda is always flat or has no syrup. They never put condiments in the bag that I order through the app and then when you ask for them they act like your just the worst person. Do better sonic do better. I would give you a zero if I could.

  Went for a late night drink tonight. Ordered a cherry coke via sonic app. When I got home and finished my drink I opened up my cup to get my cherry fruit out and come to find a small bug sitting on the of the ice. I already finished the drink the damage was done. Could not submit complaint through sonic app for some reason. Went and left a complaint on the website on the receipt. The location was already closed by the time I noticed anything so i couldn’t even call and complain. This was disgusting and ultimately grossed me out and made me feel sick the rest of the night.
