  Literally ordered a rice and bean bowl with no beans and they gave me an empty container. I am contacting owner. Worst Taco Bell ever and pretty sure they did something to my food as well just to play a prank. Literally stole my money and gave me empty containers. Then on 05-13-26 around 7:00PM the manager or assistant manager argued saying they did.nothing wrong. Bunch of crooks

  This is the first Taco Bell. They always mess up orders ad have 80 year old employees alongside stoned teens. Even using the app they can’t get it right and work on orders out of turn. Always a 30+ minute wait. They only care about door dash orders and I always see drivers waiting and leaving early to get other orders out first. Food is fine if it’s hot and your order is complete.

  Monday 4/13/26. Centerton, Arkansas. At 8 PM. Drive thru. Asked for Lux Box for $9.00. Lady hateful at ordering said we don't sell that! I told her it's on your outside ordering sign. She again hatefully yelled we do not sell that! At your web it says Centerton sells it, on your building it lists it. Explain to me ?

  They need to give an option for ZERO stars! Avoid the Centerton Taco Bell at ALL costs! I placed an order while leaving Springdale. We get to the store and the line is around the building, so my husband gets out to run inside. He gives my name and they tell him we didn’t have an order. He shows the app and the worker says they must have given our order to someone else but can re-take the order. Okay, great, except he waits for 10-15 mins and they are just working the window and never come back over. So, we decide to try the window before canceling and going somewhere else. After more waiting we get to the speaker and I give my name, suddenly they have found my order and are making it, great. After waiting another 20-30 mins we finally get to the window and the worker hands us a drink and then leaves the window open as we’re continuing to wait. After a few mins he looks at me and says “what’s up?” .. excuse me, what? So, I’m getting very annoyed but my husband tells me to calm down, it will be fine. We FINALLY get our food and surprise, several items are missing. I let the worker know, he rolls his eyes and lets the kitchen workers know. He comes back over to the window and asks me to “please pull forward”. I probably should have, but I was over it at that point and honestly didn’t think it would ever come out, so I told him no. He seemed shocked and went to tell everyone that I said no. Then, another teen worker (male with shoulder length blonde hair) comes over to the window, doesn’t open it, hangs his tongue out of his mouth and wags it in the air at me. I’m grossed out, but as you can imagine, my husband was furious. I honestly don’t think the worker realized that I wasn’t by myself because once he noticed my husband he ran off. So, my husband gets out of the car and goes over to the window and tells them to go get that kid. He comes back over to the window with a teen girl who says she’s the manager and that I need to move my car because I am holding up the line. She then tells me if I don’t move she’s going to call the cops, at which point, I told her to call them. She didn’t seem to know what to do at that point but with all the fuss and my husband standing out of the car, it caught the attention of an officer driving by. After speaking with them, he said that there have been SEVERAL complaints about this location and specifically that crew. The officer said the GM has been made aware, but doesn’t seem to have done anything. So, unless you want to deal with long waits and out of control teenagers, DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!
