  I’m a server, so I know food service. You have to do a lot for me to give a 1 star, but this place is just terrible. Ive frequented several times, as I live and work very close by. They’ve gotten virtually every one of my orders wrong, and the overall service is among the worst I’ve experienced. Ordered today, and again my whole order is messed up. Will not be back. The other reviews on here make a lot of sense.

  Wife and I just went to Sonic on our lunch break and left sick. She threw up and I've felt nausea since fin8shing my burger and fries.

  The attention to detail and customer service could use some improvement. We’ve visited this location a few times, and every time, our order has been wrong and the staff has not been the most inviting or attentive. We have had one team member who was the exception. Last week, we stopped by to pick up a shake after school. The team member handed me our boys’ drinks. As I was passing them out, I noticed my leg felt cold. There was a trail of milkshake from the window, across my lap, on our seat, and filling our cupholder. The bottom of the cup was busted and made a huge mess of my clothes and our car. I asked a team member for some napkins to clean up the mess and was given 10 napkins - nowhere near enough to make a noticeable difference. We ended up having to get an upholstery cleaner to clean up the mess. That was the most expensive Sonic visit we’ve ever experienced and hopefully will never experience again. We decided to try this location again after school the other day and they got our drinks wrong twice in that one visit. The receipts reflected what was ordered, but the drinks delivered were not what was ordered. We would love to see improvement at this location and continue to bring our business, with it being a great location for stopping to get an after school snack or treat.

  The food can be really hit or miss here. It just tastes like it sat out for a while and was reheated sometimes. Service has been quick and friendly in my experience. As for atmosphere, it's a Sonic.
