  Avoid at all cost! This location has consistently been dirty all 3 times that I’ve been there with the rude service to match. The manager Cisco is just as bad as his employees, which explains the lack of proper training. I thought i’d give this location another try after the first two times, and the hair wrapped around the foil of my burrito just solidified that I will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid.

  I feel like people have way too high expectations for a fast food place. My burrito was HUGE!! I sure it weighed like 6 pounds. My order was pick up and everything was great. No complaints here.

  I keep coming back to this Chipotle because it’s the only somewhat healthy fast food option near me, but it is by far the worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff consistently seems uninterested in providing even basic customer service. The last six times I’ve visited, they’ve been out of the vinaigrette, and every time there’s a different excuse. At this point, it honestly feels less like an accident and more like laziness and they simply don’t want to make it. The bigger issue is that this location doesn’t seem to replenish anything later in the day. Even if I come two hours before closing, they’re already out of multiple ingredients and don’t make more. If you’re going to stay open until late, customers should still be able to order what’s on the menu. Spending nearly $20 on a bowl and not being able to get the dressing or other standard menu items is frustrating and unacceptable. Management needs to do a much better job training and supervising the team so customers receive the experience.

  Ordered was online & pickup. My bowl was half full. I pushed it all to one side and it barely filled up half of the bowl (lengthwise) & height was below the cardboard bottom. The aluminum top had nothing. There was 4 strips of lettuce, maybe 3/4 of the bottom had maybe 1 layer of black beans & rice, maybe 1 heaping teaspoon of sour cream, no cheese & only 2 pieces of Barbacoa. This isn't the 1st time. It's past time for a management change, employee training AND measuring cups/spoons for CONSISTENCY. STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

  Exceptional Experience – Night and Day Compared to Bentonville! I am so incredibly impressed with the Chipotle in Centerton! If you’ve been disappointed by other locations nearby, this spot will completely restore your faith. The differences are clear the moment you walk in: The Atmosphere: The entire restaurant was clean, from the dining area to the line. The Staff: The team here was fantastic - friendly, welcoming, and actually attentive to customers. The Food: Everything was well seasoned, fresh, and hot. The Portions: They did not skimp at all. The portion sizes were excellent and well worth it. This location is an absolute night-and-day difference from the Bentonville Chipotle, which has honestly been awful lately. Centerton has completely nailed it. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot from now on!
