    Ordered a steak burrito and it was barely half the size they normally are. The lobby was closed, and the employees working the drive-thru were extremely rude. Very disappointing experience overall. For almost $18, I expected much better quality and customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

    I came here for lunch and there was a girl wearing a cap and working in the counter area, firstly I really don’t like her attitude and i could say she dont know how to behave with the customers.

    Might be the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Out of everything. Couldn’t fix their order system. Overcharged but didn’t have time for them to fix it.

    First I get to the location and wait for my online order for 45+ minutes. The staff had about 8 people waiting for an online order and the staff was servicing the just arrived customers which was just crazy to me. Once I received the order, the kids meal only had 1 tortilla (comes w/ 2) the corn for whatever reason was subbed for just diced tomatoes and the chicken portion was halfway rice. I love chipotle very much and am devastated the state of it in NWA. Please regional management fix this, all of the locations in this area are GARBAGE. I have hopes the one on Walmart campus will have some quality standards. If you cannot sell a good product, don’t sell one at all. If you are understaffed and cannot provide quality then don’t provide anything at all.

    Similar to the Bentonville location, this one is ALWAYS out of ingredients. So finally, I call the store to ask if they are out of any ingredients. The manager, Mikayla, picks up and asks what I mean, so I repeat my question.. then she asks who I am? I say I’m a customer, and she hangs up on me. I call back and she immediately hangs up again. Sure enough, when I get to the restaurant, they are out of corn and guac. The employees confirm that my calls were answered by the manager named Mikayla, and I was shocked that this was the manager. Actually no I’m not. This and the Bentonville chipotle do not seem to have any manager. Usually chipotles are great, but this one is a joke. They simply do not give a shit.
