Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- SQSuzzy QJun 22, 20261.0I don't know how this place stays open smh Never busy and yet they always seemed to mess up orders and gives you cold food more than half the time. This happens during all hrs of the day and night. Ordered two sandwiches one fry and one hash browns and they leave out the fries. Always check and feel your orders if you go there. Also be prepared to wait 20 mins plus even if you are the only one there. Everyone needs to be fired and start from scratch if this location is gonna make it because this happens all the time to where it's not worth it.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon, no bacon added. Ordered two chicken strip meals with gravy. The gravy lids were not put on and the containers were dumped in the boxes leaving gravy to run thru the bottom of the boxes and all over the food. This was BOTH boxes, not just one. I could see a mistake with it happening to one but, both? Mind u we were only people inside and no one in the drive thru. Whataburger used to have a standards, not so much anymore.
