  It's horrible to have to order from a kiosk. I put them in all new Taco Bells. It took 15 almost 20 min to get our food. They acted like it was a bother for us to pay cash.

  You'd think the new taco bell would out preform the old one across town but yikes. If you have a problem with your order and take it to the front people will make eye contact with you but won't help you.

  Everytime we do a mobile order on the way to work, we still have to wait 15-20 min for them to even start on our order. The first time I figured they were busy but nope its every single time.

  They cannot remember to put all the items in the bag. How are you going to charge $5-7 for a burrito and then leave ot out of the bag. Also fill the tacos up. I got a shell with lettuce and no meat.

  The crew working tonight would not give me door dasher my food in the lobby and made them go out and wait in the drive thru line. Now my food is going to get soggy, I already paid for it. Why does it matter if they pick it up in the lobby or not? It was made and they refused to hand it to the door dasher.
