This place is horrible! My husband was waiting over 15 MINUTES at the counter and all he got was side eyes and no one to take his order until one of the runners went and got someone and it STILL took 10 mins for them to take his order. Bad thing is, a manager was sitting down at the table.

I don’t expect much from mcdonald’s workers, but when I kindly say my order is incorrect, I should at least be acknowledged. heard, looked in the eye, and walked away from is craaaazy, go find another job!!

The customer service is subpar at best. The general manager, Michelle I believe is her name, needs to find a job where human interaction is prohibited because she is not a customer friendly person. This morning the lady working the front informed me she doesn’t work drive thru and can’t get my drink from there. I tried to call and lodge a complaint but the store number is always busy and the complaint number goes straight to a dull voicemail. Go figure. Would recommend you run….maybe to the Burger King across the street or whataburger down the road

I called over Five McDonald’s and this was the only location that answered their phone. Marissa Customer service was top-tier and she was very patient with me. She deserves a raise! Not all heroes were capes, they wear McDonald’s uniforms. Thanks, Marissa

I’m a dasher and stopped in to pic an order up in the early morning hours. The lobby doors were locked so I went through the drive thru just to be told they cannot give orders through the drive through, so I asked if they could unlock the lobby doors, she said she would ask the manager. When I went back to the lobby and stood at the doors the manager refused to unlock the doors and looked at me once then turned her back to me and didn’t look my way for another five minutes until the lady from the drive thru came to the door and asked me (mind you I’m ten minutes late on delivery at this point) if I was a dasher. Then closed the door and it locked, disappeared and reappeared with the order minutes later! Absolutely unbelievable! Ridiculous! There is no customer service in fast food anymore!
