  Serenity Toney is extremely polite and always takes my order with a smile. It’s so refreshing to pull into 7brew and see her beaming smile and positive attitude.

  Unfortunately, I cant give a positive review. 60% of the time I order a chiller, I get q "handspun" mess that they say tastes just as good. It doesn't, and its less value for your buck. I ask every time if the machine is working, and every time they say it is. And it isnt. Im tired of being lied to.

  I used my freebie and they made it a large and I wanted a medium, and I asked them to remake it because it taste different in a large and they just poured the large into a medium cup! I was super polite about it as well will not be going back!

  We stopped in from out of town and the girls were so nice, we'll be talking about it for some time. What an amazing experience that we weren't expecting!

  If you go in the morning, everything is usually great. But if you go in the afternoon or evening, it’s a completely different experience. It seems like they get our order wrong more often than not, and when you say something about it, you’re made to feel like you’re the problem. Today, I ordered a coffee with an extra in shot of espresso. The second they handed it to me, I could tell something was off because it was so light it looked like straight milk. When I asked about it, I was basically just told that the shots were in there and that was the end of the conversation. My friend got an energy drink, and they were apparently low on ice because it had maybe two ice cubes in it. It tasted terrible. The frustrating part is that we come to this 7 Brew almost every day. Sometimes the drinks are perfect, and other times they’re so bad we can’t even finish them. The lack of consistency is really disappointing, especially when you spend money there regularly.
