  Be careful of this location. Placed an order for 5 piece tender meal and only received 4. And the meat was not cooked all the way I was sick to my stomach for about two days. 0/10

  I placed an online to go order that I could not come get because of a wreck on the freeway. I called in advance and was told that I could either get a refund or have my order remade, but when I came in today, Miguel the manager, said it would be “bad business” to remake it and also refused a refund. So apparently the policy is just… pay for food you never get? If remaking the order was never an option, maybe don’t have employees telling customers that it is. There is always something with this location, I would not waste your time coming here. Food wrong, missing items or in my case, you don’t get the food at all! To the poor management and staff: worry less about what you think is “bad business” and more about the customers that keep you in business.

  This place is a joke. Its the hardest restaurant to call and place an order. Ive been on hold while walking in and there is nobody at the checkout like why am I on hold if there isn't anybody at the register.

  Highly disappointed for second time coming here they wait on all the delivery orders before the people in the store and I asked when I ordered can I get wings instead of drums please bc the drums are never cooked fully we wait 20 minutes for our food then the girl thinks it's funny because I get my food after watching Them fill the shelf with to go orders and me and my 2 year old are starving and I took the drums back to counter tell her can I please get what I ordered and she laughs at me and asked me to calm down because the manager watching .... I wonder why the management is watching this place is getting bad reviews because they are not putting the people that are dining in a priority and they are way to expensive to not put the people that are dining in a priority .... So if management can reach out to me I'd gladly love to speak to someone as soon as possible and thank you. Jacqueline proceeds to tell me that they don't even have to accommodate my customer needs that I could leave and I paid for my food and mind you they had my food on the counter and took it back to the back she was more concerned with the manager watching her on camera and looking professional but wasn't very concerned about how she was speaking to me and taking my food when she could have just fixed it all by giving me my food and bringing a replacement because all they're going to do is eat it they're the ones that messed it up and all this could have been fixed just by giving me the six piece of wings they act like the store is going to get shut down over six pieces that they messed up so my kid could sit and eat while we were waiting on the new wings to be made
