  I see why reviews are 2.8. I cannot believe Panera Corporate is allowing this to happen. The service is horrible and I ask for a Hazelnut Latte but no Hazelnut, I asked for a Hot Chocolate and they are yelling where is the hot chocolate mix and how do you make it and the they handed me a cold hot chocolate. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PANERA???????? They did not offer to give money back.

  I always order from panera I was so happy when they were opening a location in bryant, but I’ve had more than a few problems from this locations’ staff and I rather much make the drive to kanis if I have to argue with staff about an issue rather than finding a solution. I have came inside the store, ordered pickup and delivery and there’s just something always out of stock or somebody with a horrible attitude taking care of you. Disappointed to say the least.

  Being a smaller restaurant than the other one I've tried, the menu selection was different, not as many healthy choices. The food was spot on, lemonade was a tad bitter.

  The food was absolutely not as advertised. Their photos online show their sandwiches stacked with meat, but the sandwich I received didn’t even have a single layer of the meat all the way across. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

  I ate there yesterday and was shocked to see the bad reviews. My food was wonderful and the girl who gave us our cups was kind. I was already making plans to go back before I left lol.
