  waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one came to say anything or check with me. Person on speaker was rude and didn’t say to pick up food inside to not have to wait in the drive through even though I selected drive thru pick up. Like why didn’t you talk just tell me to go inside bruh

  Stopped in during lunch time while driving through on a long road trip. The restaurant was clean, the food was tasty and the employees were super friendly.

  The Mix and Match menu offers better value $. Love the salads! It is such a welcome change to fried food. Nutritious ! Nice staff. Patio tables available, nice clean eating area.

  This was my family's first visit, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. We chose to ignore the previous negative reviews, but after our experience, we understand why they were written. At approximately 8:40 p.m this past Friday we went through the drive-thru and ordered an item. We were told they were out of the bread needed to make it. Immediately after saying this, the employee snickered, which gave the impression that she simply didn't want to prepare the order because it was close to closing time. Whether that was the case or not, it came across as very unprofessional. Experiences like this happen when employees are not properly supervised or held accountable. I encourage the store owner to review the security camera footage and evaluate the performance of the staff. A strong team is essential because poor customer service can quickly damage a business's reputation. In Bryant, people share their experiences in community groups, and word travels fast. Unfortunately, this location is frequently mentioned for the wrong reasons, and it's easy to see why the restaurant often appears to have very little traffic. As the owner, this business is your livelihood. I hope you take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary changes before more customers decide to go elsewhere, if you want a successful business. We want be be returning.
