  Loved the drink! I got a banana bread iced latte and it was so good! The line was long but moving fast. We only sat there a couple of minutes after ordering.

  This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stopped by this location when it wasn't busy—there were only three cars, including mine. After the car in front of me was helped, one employee then stayed chatting with the customer ahead of me while I continued waiting. While this happened, I watched multiple employees look at my car and walk away without taking my order. I don't mind employees being friendly with customers, but other people's time should be respected as well. While I was still waiting, a customer who arrived after me in the other lane had their order taken and received their drink. Meanwhile, several employees were standing around and no one came to assist me. I waited so long that I eventually left without ordering. It was frustrating to be ignored while employees socialized and other customers were served.

  I think I’m gonna stop going to this location I asked for a sugar-free white chocolate mocha no ice for my boss. They made it with sugar. The first time I had to get it remade. I watched the blonde girl with the black shirt and blue skirt make it still put ice in it and then strain it into another cup so not only did I get less than I got before but the cup was like halfway full my drinks don’t even taste good anymore. I get you’re busy but let’s make the drinks to standard.
