  So I came here after a graduation with my 5 year old. I literally ordered my food and was sitting down waiting for my food. And one of the workers told us that we had to leave because they was fixing to pick the doors and clean. Well then hours on the door needs to change then because it was 9 pm and they aren't supposed to close the lobby until 10

  Today, 4-22-2026, I came for done in breakfast. I have not eaten in a McDonald’s for a long time. Breakfast was good and served quickly. However, in the middle of my meal, a male employee decided to confront the manager to complain about being “written up”. He did this in the middle of the dining room in front of me and several customers. He was agitated And speaking in a loud voice. Apparently he was too stupid to realize this was not the place to air his grievance and the manager did not try to direct him to his office for a private conversation. This was rediculous and basically caused my adrenaline to rise dramatically which spoiled my meal. I will not be back.

  I’ve had routinely very nice people helping me through the drive through over the last 2 years of living in Brookland, however I don’t think my family could ever come back. 04/16/2026 at 10 pm I pull up to the drive thru the only car in line, the guy taking orders answers on the opposite speaker so I can’t really hear him and I apologize and try to tell him that, but then it goes silent as I sit at the drive thru for 3 minutes, I’m being as nice as possible knowing how annoying it is for a customer to say “hello?” Through the drive thru speaker, thinking it was a communication error I then still asked should I pull around to give you my code? And waited but nobody answered so I pulled up to the window, and was told immediately to pull back around, I understand there was a que but I was here first. And I have an online order, whatever I pull back around, the manager immediately is super rude and accuses me of ignoring them the first time??? Why would I do that, super weird, I just want some hot ready food after working 12 hours in healthcare. I tell her I’m sorry that’s not what happened it just seemed like a communication error and she said well what do you want, I give her my code and puts it in taking my points from my app, I ask for cook to order on my fries/nugs, have never been a problem, it’s not like I’m here at closing asking for annoying requests and if I was… I’m a customer????, put that aside the manager told me she would not make my food cook to order after 10 pm, I asked if I would get old food then if there was no more cooking past 10 pm? She immediately told me to leave. Is that not a valid question? At no point was I snarky back, it was just one sides rudeness for no reason, the cashier boy looked very scared of her and nervous, he wanted to help me but i guess he couldn’t I don’t know. Just ridiculous, I’ve never had a problem with anybody like that but from other people in line it sounded like I wasn’t the only getting horrible vibes from the closing manager on 04/16/2026. And didn’t get my points back, not really tripping about that just how rude and unprofessional that lady was kinda nuts it’s manly teenagers working with her….

  I decided to dine in (3/13/2026 at 1pm) for once and immediately regretted it. The employees were talking poorly about another employees work ethic who wasn’t there at the time with I’m guessing the manager telling them the next time employee is on her phone she’s taking it from her. Which is unprofessional then as I was finishing eating my food I heard an employee loudly say “ I’m cold probably because I’m still sick” why are we letting sick people come to work?!? I will not be back that’s disgusting behavior and I don’t want sick people touching my food. 👎
