  I only get pick up orders here, so I can't accurately comment on the atmosphere inside. The staff at the drive up window are fantastic.

  The worst customer service i have ever witnessed! Last night I ordered 4 pizzas and cheese bread sticks I have a big family. Our order was supposed to be ready 15 minutes after ordering. I ordered from the app because I was shopping in Walmart. We were told by the time we got to the window on time it was gonna be another 5 minutes and could we pull up ok no problem. 30 minutes go by someone comes out asked us to pull up further and we asked how much longer she said we just got the bread sticks in so about 15 more minutes. After about another 20 minutes my husband goes in and asked them how much longer they said they have had to remake our order 3 times because they couldn't locate our pizzas. After an hour my husband goes back in there and they said they will have to substitute one of the hand toss pizzas for pan we said ok. But by the time we got our food it had been an hour and half and they got one of the pizzas wrong. What we saw was a bunch of teenagers on their phones and talking giving attitudes towards customers and they were just being very disrespectful. They didn't even apologize just here ya go. We asked if since it took so long if they could comp our meal they said no we don't do that or give us a refund no we don't do that so basically it was a waste of time money and gas and we were disrespected in a way I have never seen before! This is ridiculous and very bad customer service!!!

  Second time I've been stuck in drive through line behind a vehicle whos order wasnt ready. They need to be told to drive around. I gave up and went inside and was ignored. The car i was stuck behind finally got their pizzas, thry pulled off and the lady waited on the next car. I was still standing there. My order was cold when i got it.

  Went for the lunch buffet but the pizzas and pasta looked so old and dry I left, decided to come back and sit down order a pizza and salad to dine in. I asked the young lady for silverware for my salad she pointed to look on a shelf to get some, this basket was full of plastic forks! I asked for actual silverware because the cucumbers they had it the salad bar was sliced almost 3-4 inches thick! My pizza with 3 toppings was so freaking skimpy was almost like eating a pizza crust with a little red sauce and a topping here and there. Also the annoying flies were very much a nuisance! I will not be eating there again!
