  Used to be my favorite now I'd rather order 8 good wings from somewhere else then even try to have a wing night. Wings are tiny. Doesn't taste as good as they used to. It's quite disappointing.

  We came to get our food and I was in line. A younger guy came in and the clerk (young male) completely ignored us. The younger man motioned me to go first as he didn't obviously feel comfortable about going first. I got our order which a family 50 wing with french fries, carrots, celery, and sauce. We are visiting family in Rogers. We did not get the fries and were shorted 10 wings. (we had called our order in). The manager suggested we come back and get what we were missing. We weren't going to drive the 25 minutes and back and I asked if he could credit us. He could not as I didn't order through the app. So he offered us a coupon which we couldn't use as we are going back home. Hopefully my son was able to use it? We used to live around the block and an older black gentleman ran it. It is not a well run place anymore and our family who we bought them for as a get together won't be using it in either. We asked for the buffalo wings wet we got them dry. The teriyaki wings were wet which we did not ask for. So they have a lot to work on to be the place we used to go to frequently

  Love this Wingstop! This Wingstop is in my neighborhood and we’ve been ordering from here a couple times a month for 8 years or so. There have been some rocky times in the past but I gotta say the last year or so they’ve been absolutely crushing it. Order is always accurate and delicious. I order online, put my shoes on, drive over and it’s already waiting for me. Like sub 10 minutes. Quality of food has been noticeably better. Especially noticeable with the fries. Restaurant is clean and no longer stacked up with frustrated delivery drivers. Staff has been quick with service and friendly. I don’t know what changed internally but keep it up Wingstop Crew, you’re killing it.

  I like Wingstop. They have good wings but the service at the Bentonville location is horrible. Always a problem when I would go to pick up my order. Got so bad that I stopped going to this location permanently. If I want wings I use the Springdale location when I am at work. Stay away from This particular location.
