  Easier to bite into a frozen carrot than whatever these nacho fries are. This is not taco bell standards.

  Man guys normally this is the place to go but I don’t know how many more tries to get me a cinnamon twist and it actually have the correct amount of cinnamon on them. Like quit eating the good ones and pass them out 😂🤣😂

  I frequent Taco Bell on sw regional 1-3 times a week since it’s been open. My orders have been incorrect many times and like a normal person I call in to rectify the problem. Today I went through the drive thru and the manager and employee both lied to me and said I “always” try to call and get free food. I would never do some low life stuff like that, lost a household of customers for life.

  Ordered a bean and cheese burrito plain with extra cheese. Employee, everything on screen look ok? Yup! Get my order, start eating my burrito. I ask my daughter, when did they start putting black beans in the burrito? Shes like i don't know. Look at my receipt, sun to black beans. I'm sorry, when I looked at the screen, it didnt state that! Ruined my meal! U know when u are excited for something, then your disappointed? I was mad for the rest of the afternoon! So disappointed!

  Calling this the worst Taco Bell would imply any of the Taco Bell’s in NWA are halfway decent, so I won’t say that. What I will say is if you’re looking for a place that’ll give you the most disgusting food or maybe not give you what you ordered at all, you’ve found the spot. Again, I know this is Taco Bell. But when you are consistently failing, it’s obvious changes are needed. I believe the KFC’s in the area are managed by the same management company, and those are grotesquely disgusting to even look at. (South Walton location) Won’t be back,take heed and go to Slim Chicken or give Las Fajitas some business.
