  Calling this the worst Taco Bell would imply any of the Taco Bell’s in NWA are halfway decent, so I won’t say that. What I will say is if you’re looking for a place that’ll give you the most disgusting food or maybe not give you what you ordered at all, you’ve found the spot. Again, I know this is Taco Bell. But when you are consistently failing, it’s obvious changes are needed. I believe the KFC’s in the area are managed by the same management company, and those are grotesquely disgusting to even look at. (South Walton location) Won’t be back,take heed and go to Slim Chicken or give Las Fajitas some business.

  dinning room was nasty! Food all over the floors an tables. no one els was there when we walked in (3pm) our orders took Forever!! I've never waited that long in a taco bell in my life! no one els inside, I seen 1 car gp through the drive thru. Now I know why. This location sucks bad! I wouldint have ever made this review but to top it all off when we finally got our order and got home (8mins away) everything was sloppy and tasted horrible!!! 0 stars! We will never go to this location again!! Everyone els must feel the same as it seemed like no one els is going there.

  I just ordered for this location like 20 minutes ago lol. But I got the new discovery luxe box and it was SO good. Honestly usually with Taco Bell my expectations aren’t really high as other places. But I was actually impressed with how good and fresh everything was. First of all everything in the box was so neatly organized which I immediately noticed cause usually at other locations they just throw stuff in there lol. Second I drove about 15 minutes back to my house before I even ate the food and everything in the box was still hot. NOTHING was Soggy too!! Just wanted to come on here and say Good Job to whoever made/packaged my food!! Thank you!!

  My age must be showing as I expected personal service at the counter. When I walked in no one came to the counter to greet me or take my order. I tried twice (restroom break) with no response. There were no other customers waiting, in the store or at the drive through. Apparently, I was supposed to place my order on one of several waist-high screens but I didn't see any choices that matched what I wanted. I could see people in the prep area and they could see me but none came forward. I could also see trash and food that had fallen to the floor in the prep area. People were standing around and not cleaning. Finally, I just left. If this is what Taco Bell service has come to, I won't be going back.
