  Not only did we wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes the employees that helped us were so rude. We got to the first window and she kept saying the card was declining and then when we asked her to do it again she was very rude and dismissive. Then we got to the second window and waited for 30 minutes more and when the woman gave us our drinks one of them wasn’t all the way full and she was trying to rush us and get us out of there. Also when we were waiting they didn’t even approach us once to let us know there was a wait instead we could see and hear them talking about things unrelated.

  The manager or what ever she is was extremely rude at the window. Me and my wife online order some food for our lunch break 2 double cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink, they gave us a 10 and 4 piece nugget, a medium and large fries, a mcChicken, and they actually gave us the right drink. We didn’t notice til we got back to work, we did rush a bit because we were running a lil behind. So we never checked. We called the man said just come back whenever and we can get our food replaced, we left work early so we stopped back there to get it and the manager said we couldn’t unless we gave the old food back. We went back an hour after we threw the food away because it wasn’t ours. I’ve worked in fast food you’re never supposed to take the food back ever. We also didn’t get a refund.

  Oh my lawd. Never have I ever seen an operation run so poorly. We waited so long we left. After 20+ mins we cut our losses and left the food we paid for. It appeared the only way to receive your order at this McDonalds is through the drive-thru. Not a single person waiting in the restaurant got their order while we were there.

  they always cram the bag full to the top and stuff starts spilling out the bag on the drive home its usually all the fries all over the front seat or floorboard aint worth the drive back to complain quit being cheap split the order in different bags
