Junto boasts a Japanese-inspired menu, including seasonal small plates and chef specialties, alongside an extensive list of traditional sushi, sashimi, and nigiri.
This is the third time we have been to Junto and every single time the service, food and atmosphere are exceptional. All the staff are always very engaging and seem very happy to be there. It has become our new favorite date night spot in northwest Arkansas.

The vibes were awesome. And the food was good but what really stood out to me was the care that our server and the kitchen seemed to take with our food. My fiance has a couple allergies, one being sesame, and the server informed us they have allergy buttons and that she would make sure my fiance was safe eating there. We did unfortunately not get one of our items because it had sesame oil in the fish but the kitchen took the time to try to find a workaround and when they could not they informed us instead of risking it or just being ill informed of their recipes like many other places we have experienced around here. Highly recommend to anyone who suffers from allergies and is looking for a restaurant that doesn’t have you leaving hungry, annoyed, and possibly poisoned

Terrible sushi compared to when they first opened. Literally every type we ordered tasted bland and not fresh at all. Both my wife and I were shocked and how bad it was. Even the chicken karaage was not good; it tasted like boneless buffalo chicken bites from Chilies. A huge rip off for the price.

Hands down the best dining experience I've had in the area. The only thing better than the food was the service. Seth knew the menu so well and humored all of our questions with aplomb.
Worth the trip, worth the price.
(Hurry in while they still have the Strawberry Rhubarb cake, if that sounds at all appealing to you, it will be the best thing you've ever eaten May 2026)

This was the most fantastic, delicious, amazing sushi and meal I have ever had, and our server Alyssa made the experience even more special and memorable for us!! My boyfriend and I were visiting Fayetteville from out of state and were recommended to come to Junto by a Fayetteville local. I am so glad we did! I am a sushi & seafood lover, and the sushi was beyond incredible, especially the signature nigiri (WOW) !!! I had miso soup, ginger salad, the black magic hakozushi roll, and tried 3 signature nigiris - the foie sake toro, the creme de la creme, and the hamachi toro aburi!!! 😍😍😍 Everything was amazinggggg! As a certified wasabi & pickle lover, the fresh wasabi and pickled wasabi stem is to die for and is a must!!!
My boyfriend had the miso soup and the spicy tuna makimono + spider makimono rolls (I tried both and they were SOOOO good!) The spider roll was my boyfriend’s favorite out of everything, and we both loved our miso soup - so fresh and flavorful! We split the mochurros for dessert, and the chili chocolate sauce was toooo good. I loved both of the cocktails I tried - The Shochu What I Mean and the Will Ube Mine - , and my boyfriend loved the Japanese beer he tried.
Thank you so much Alyssa and Junto for making our meal and our trip so special!!! The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be back! I am planning to apply to grad school at the University of Arkansas for next year, so fingers crossed I will be able to become a Junto regular and eat more nigiri!! 🤞🍣
