Arrived without a booking and told it was a three hour wait despite plenty of empty tables. When asked what time some of the free tables were booked for the front of house couldn't tell us. We subsequently ordered from the bar where we received excellent service and the food was fabulous. On leaving the restaurant there were still lots of empty tables. I once again queried why we weren't able to get a table and told this time they were short staffed. This was nonsense as there was plenty of servers milling around. I wondered where management were on the night.. very poor front of house.

Seth was our waiter and was amazing. The food was nothing like I've ever experienced, off the charts delicious! Atmosphere has the best vibes calm, relaxing and the chairs are so comfy. Lovely experience...

Yesterday was my first time experiencing Junto, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
First off, the staff was very welcoming, and the ambiance was soothing and engaging.
Secondly, the food was perfect! The best sushi I have ever had, hands down. I've wanted to try bluefin tuna for years, and I finally got to check that off my bucket list.
Next, our server was Joy, and she was the perfect server for our family. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and communicated with excellence. I'm so thankful our first time was with her!
I would recommend Junto to anyone looking for an elevated sushi experience in NWA.

This rating is not based on the food or service while dining in the restaurant but rather on a recent experience trying to reserve a table for a party of 7. We have out of town family coming for a visit and their 3 young daughter’s favorite food is sushi. We’ve dined at Junto numerous times and always enjoyed the experience so we thought it would be the perfect place to treat our family members. The online reservation system showed wide open availability for the night we wished to visit but it stated that for a party larger than 6 we needed to call the restaurant. My husband called and was told there was availability but before booking it, the person on the phone said she needed a manager’s approval and would call back. Minutes later she called back and said we could get a reservation but only at times that were well before our desired 6:30 time slot or much later in the evening. That made zero sense because we could have booked tables for a party of 6 at our desired time or split up and reserved two tables for smaller groups at each table, but it’s for family we haven’t seen in years so we wanted to dine together. My husband asked for an explanation and was told that 6:30 is right at their busiest time (although there were numerous open reservation slots) so they asked us to visit at a less popular time. He explained that this made no sense and that their response makes us unlikely to visit again. He was then told “Sorry to hear that”. So we are taking our business elsewhere and most likely will never dine at Junto again. It’s unfortunate but there are other excellent sushi options in the area.
