  Great experience at the new Chipotle in Bentonville! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, but Nathan especially stands out. He’s awesome, warm, upbeat, and makes a point to greet everyone who comes in. He remembers my name and my usual order, which is such a nice personal touch. Really appreciate the great service and welcoming atmosphere!

  Unsafe food conditions. This place used to be pretty safe to eat at with dairy allergies when it opened, but sadly they have been slipping for months. The counter was covered in dairy, and queso was IN the chicken warming pan. Not the first time I've left when I saw the counter at this location.

  Today, I went to this new location at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and they were out of all meats, except a small amount of barbacoa. They were also out of black beans. The pinto beans looked they had be sitting undisturbed for some time. I had to go elsewhere. Wonder if they had a large order? The location is nice and new, but the indoor seating is limited. You have to park a block away and walk over. There is outdoor seating, but no music. I ate there last week at about the same time and everything went somewhat smoothly. One of the front doors was locked and they had someone working on it today- a week later. I am hopeful these are just growning pains as this location is closer to where I live.

  We ordered online and 2 things happened making this a very poor experience. 1. Food was picked up and did not deliver for almost an hour, we live 1 mile away…. to it was completely cold 2. The burrito and bowl we ordered was supposed to have double meats and they barely had any. We were hoping this location would be better than the one on Walton but it seems it maybe operated by the same owner. Please just get us a decent Chipotle in Bentonville!

  Went to this location around 7:15 pm because we hadn’t been there since it opened. There was 1 couple eating outside, no one inside. There were 2 visible employees, one cashier and one who was making the food. The cashier gave us a strange look as we walked in and then left the front as we ordered. We ordered bowls. The veggie container was empty and I asked if there was anymore and was told they were out for the night. The serving sizes weren’t very chipotle like, but I did get the biggest heaping scoop of sour cream ever. Got about 6-8 pieces of lettuce and asked for more and I think I got maybe 3 more pieces. The cashier had returned and was nice ringing us up. We got the free order of chips and guac. Every table inside was visibly dirty, so we decided to eat outside instead. Our bowls were good, just lacking and the chips were about 1/2 crispy and 1/2 rubbery. The quality of Chipotle has gone down quite a bit, even at the other locations. If I were the owner I would have a significant retraining on customer service and cleanliness for my staff. I used to love chipotle but I think after this experience and experiences at 2 other locations, we are done with Chipotle.
