  App said my food was ready got a text and email and still wait 11 min before getting it Upon a employee handing me my bag 2 other employees came budging through the hand off cutting me and the employee completely off from handing me my food. Very rude and disrespectful.

  I honestly don’t know how this Chipotle is still open. This was one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. The dining area and food prep area looked filthy, there were flies everywhere, and the entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The guacamole was brown, the lettuce looked old, wilted, and discolored, and the overall condition of the food was completely unappetizing. I lost my appetite the moment I saw everything. After reading through many of the other reviews, it seems like these cleanliness issues have been reported for quite some time. If that’s the case, it’s incredibly frustrating that nothing appears to have changed. The restaurant was still trashed and extremely filthy when I visited. Based on what I personally saw, this location seriously needs a thorough cleaning. The local food inspection department needs to take a close look at this restaurant and hold management accountable if these conditions continue. The conditions I witnessed made me seriously question the food safety standards. I’ve honestly seen cleaner McDonald’s locations than this Chipotle. Management needs to take immediate action before someone gets sick. Until this location addresses these ongoing cleanliness issues, I won’t be coming back.

  I hate the customer service in this store. It is absolutely the worst. Besides the fact they are constantly messing up my order and missing items in my bag (I do online ordering) they could care LESS to fix it!!! As soon as I tell them what is wrong they literally scoff at me and treat me like a Karen because I am asking to receive an item I paid for and did not receive (or an alternative if they are out … which the online system won’t tell you that when ordering … which is a whole different problem!). Maybe they are having trouble finding help. But the current staff is NOT IT!!

  Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. When I stated my choice about the beans, the employee didn't understand me. Instead of trying to clarify what I meant, he became visibly upset and reacted with a poor attitude rather than providing customer-focused service. Chipotle has always been one of my go-to places when I'm craving Mexican food, but this visit completely ruined what was supposed to be a family meal. My wife and I were left feeling very uncomfortable. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but there are professional and respectful ways to ask a customer to repeat or clarify something. When serving customers, patience, friendliness, and courtesy should be expected. The employee’s attitude made me feel as though I was being discriminated against because of my Peruvian/Spanish accent, which is why I escalated the issue to the store manager. I appreciate that the manager apologized and addressed my concerns. However, I hope the staff receives additional customer service training, as experiences like this can negatively impact customers and do not reflect well on the business.

  I never leave reviews but I've had it. This is the only chipotle in town or I'd never come back. Every single time I've been here in the last 4 years since moving here, something is out of stock, the staff is rude, gives micro portions of ingredients, or doesn't know how the heck to close a burrito. This is the worst chipotle in the country. The parking lot is a disaster with half length spots that make the parking lot a maze. The fact I am walking out with a burrito bowl that I had to ask for extra on every single ingredient to walk out without my bowl only 1/3 filled is unacceptable.
