  I really like Chipotle, I eat lunch here multiple times a week. I always get the exact same order, the high protein high fiber bowl. The food is delicous and its easy to eat healthy here and stick to your goals if you want. However, I have two big issues with this Chipotle location inparticular. #1. Consistency, like I said I eat at this Walton Blvd Chiptole up to 5 times a week and always order the same thing. My order is different nearly every time I order it. Half as much food, missing ingrediants, added ingredients, different ingrediants. Sometimes the bowl contains twice as much, or half as much food or somewhere in between just depends on who makes it. I continue to eat here anyways but as someone who is trying to hit goals and counts my calories and macros I don't like not knowing if I got what I ordered. I also don't like when I get a drastically small portion in comparison to what I usually get and feel like I paid for less food than I was supposed to get. #2. The dining area is usually pretty unclean, food on all the tables, food on the floor. In the kitchen and around the prep stations more old food and dirty dishes everywhere. I recommend Chipotle and I continue to eat at this location because its tasty and convenient. But I wish they would atleast fix the consistency issues. Also, small gripe, 9/10 times they never mark my order as completed when I place an online order and it is ready for pickup so I have to guess when it is ready.

  9:45 arrived on Friday evening 5/15. Appear to be fully staffed. New staff…yay, but poorly trained. 95% table space is dirty. Floor is filthy. Chips, rice, are not the standard as every other chipotle. Staff was nice but all seem brand new and no real leader on shift. If other chipotle restaurants were like this I would not ever come back. The bathroom smells awful- I think it’s drainage but yuck.

  This was our first time eating at any Chipotle. They were out of steak, there were no napkins in the dispenser, no clean tables, and the waste cans were overflowing. When I asked for a togo box, she didn't know what to use. Food was okay, but the place was so disgusting, we will likely not return. Guess we should have read the other reviews first. Would like to know how they are rated by food inspections.

  It’s 6pm on a Wednesday. There are 20 customers standing in line! The manager has only 2 associates, including the cashier, working the line and restocking the ingredients as well as the plasticware at the beverage station. One associate is on the grill. One associate is working the app order line. Why? To their credit, the associates are working with urgency, but the manager did not set them up for success.

  If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I placed an online order scheduled for 12:10 and arrived at 12:15 to give some buffer. Totally fine that it wasn’t ready — they were busy. By 12:30, after watching several other orders go out, I asked about mine and was told it was being worked on. Over the next 15 minutes, more orders were completed while mine was nowhere to be found. At 12:40, I followed up and was met with attitude: “we’re understaffed, I told you he’s working on it,” and she walked away. I stayed calm and tried to check with the employee preparing orders, gave my name, and even tried to show my receipt — he cut me off and wouldn’t even look. At that point, I had been waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, and the rush had already passed. It felt like my order had been missed entirely. A manager eventually stepped in, acknowledged the issue, and made the order herself. I appreciate that — she was the only one who showed any ownership of the situation. However, the overall experience was unacceptable. I was patient and respectful the entire time, but was met with dismissiveness and lack of basic customer care from multiple staff members. I ended up walking out around 12:55 after nearly an hour of waiting. I’ve worked in food service before and understand the pressure, which is why I go out of my way to be patient. In this case, that patience was taken for granted. Between the delay, lack of communication, and attitude, I won’t be coming back.
