  Mismanaged, staff swearing behind the pickup counter, so far, I’ve waited an hour and 20 minutes for the pickup order. When I ask what’s taking so long, I’m told everyone wants wings all the sudden. Ummm, yeah - it’s Buffalo Wild Wings. I won’t be back. There’s literally 10 of us standing here waiting for to go orders.

  Even after ordering online and arriving on time, when my order should be ready, I waited another 20 minutes. It was only 10 chicken wings.

  That is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone working was in the back or no where to be found. If you asked for something when you found someone it was like you were bothering them. The place was dead and took forever for the food to come out. You could hear people in the back screaming obscenities that my children could hear and they let me know they heard it. We got tired of waiting to get our bill so had to go to the front to find someone so we could pay. If you want wings go anywhere but here. Service was horrible and food took forever and was not great.

  Idk what it's gonna take but bro restaff already these people you have are straight rude. I use to love this place but dude the cussing and the lack of customer service is crazy not to mention the kitchen staff playing on their phones not dropping food right at later times is diabolical according to these reviews it's obvious a restaff is in order. What's even happening????

  What happened to B dubs? Order the sampler wings were cold. Barely sauced sliders were wrong. Only wanted cheese on them then had to be passed Around on the phone three times to get anybody competent to help me. We now live in a time we got a 50% chance to get a good meal these days it’s a disgrace
