Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

My food was great, the service was outstanding and the dinning room was spotless. Venita was welcoming and friendly. All of the staff looked like they were ready for a photo shoot they were so clean and put together. To be honest, I was shocked! Thank you for a great experience.

There was a customer that came in after us and was being EXTREMELY difficult and the staff handled it with the upmost patience and respect DESPITE the customers rude and stubborn requests. The bathrooms were fully stocked, Diet Dr. Pepper was crisp, food came out great. Overall 11/10 would come back here.

The burger was huge, but somehow all the toppings had gathered into a single bite. I kid you not, I think I got about 5 pickles and most of the mustard in one bite. The burger was pretty greasy, but the fries were excellent—hot, crispy, and fresh. The funniest part of the visit was the wet floor signs. I counted EIGHT of them despite not seeing a single wet floor. At one point, three were arranged in a perfect triangle like some sort of safety ritual. I spent more time laughing at the signs than eating my fries. The bathrooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, and I was relieved not to see Brian from some of the older reviews. Also, why is cheese 60 cents extra? That's a serious cheese economy. Overall, good food, nice employees, clean restaurant, and an unforgettable wet floor sign collection. 4 stars.
