  Haven’t ordered in a long time but tonight we decided to order again, and they fell so short of even good ! The pizza dough was still doughy even when we asked twice for well done, there was a garlic parm butter that we asked for and it didn’t even meet the crust. Pizza Hut used to be good way back in the day but it seems now that they have forgotten about the customers wants and order details 🤔

  DO NOT order the Spicy Garlic Wings, the Nastiest combo ever. It's tastes like a ROTTEN SPOILED Buffalo sauce but has a hint of garlic. But the absolute WORST combo EVER. Also I thought READING was a requirement, apparently NOT because we asked for NO Italian sausage & someone felt the need to add extra, since that was the mass of my meat lovers melt. So much that's ALL I could taste. Threw it in trash cause PH has gone so far down. Will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. Wouldn't care if I was given a free lifetime would NOT ever order again

  Ordered over the phone. Didn't catch the girls name. She was so kind and helpful. And the delivery driver was the same. Pizza Hut should give their amazing employees a raize..especially pizza hut in Benton Arkansas....

  I'm super disappointed in these Cinnabon Mini Rolls 😒. I know they were going to be "mini," but COME ON with these right here. Look NOTHING like the advertised photos, They're not even round 😅😥. I wasn't expecting a huge difference in what we did get, but this is quite a bit worse than I expected. I probably wouldn't even have bothered posting this if it wasn't for the fact that there is barely any icing. And the cheese sticks were just breadsticks, NOT cheesy at ALL. Both were SOO dry! 🤷. ( didn't get a chance to take a picture of the "cheesesticks" because my kids were starving when I got home and just ate them and they're the ones that brought it to my attention, saying ' we wanted cheese bread not regular breadsticks'. The 🌟 rating is only for some of the other food, the nice girl in the drive thru and the fact that when I called about it her and the Manager addressed the issue with complete respect and will be making it right on my next visit. Which we will go back to. We just need to make it aware to corporations when things like this happen because food quality for any restaurant should be the first and most important aspect of the business. Reviews are the only way to (sometimes) get their attention. Update: They did make it right by remaking them and with a credit! Great job by the Owner/Owners, corporate entities for calling me, caring about their products, and making it right
