  I knew better but tried to give them another shot. This is why Chick-fil-A is so picky about selecting franchise owners. The out of town owners that bought all of the Benton stores a few years back just don't care and it shows at every level at all of their locations. Update to this. A lady who works for the franchise owner called to correct this. Which I very much appreciate. I understand things happen and very rarely do I post a review for anything. Like most people, I just let it go and stop going to that place. Then I was told their employees wear hair nets. I shave my head every morning, you can probably spot the sun reflecting off my head from the international space station. If I thought there was any chance it could've came from me I wouldn't have posted this. Can't see that big black curly hair when you close the lid? So if they wear hair nets like the rep said the only logical answer would be they put it there on purpose I guess. Would explain why they didn't see it and remove it as well. So thanks for clearing that up for me owner rep. Perhaps the rep should actually go to their stores to see if they follow Mcdonald's standards and Arkansas health codes before making that backhanded comment implying it was mine. In fairness she said I could get my card refunded but that I'd have to drive back to the store to get it. Wasn't asking for the world, just wanted a refund for a burger with a big black hair on it. I will say thanks for reminding me why I don't buy fast food much anymore. It's not fast and it's not food these days.

  The worst McDonalds I’ve been to in years. Pull up to stall 5, we are making hot fries. While waiting 11 cars go through the drive thru. So 11 cars in a row didn’t order fries???? Poor management, poor prep, and absolutely terrible customer service. Pure laziness….

  I almost never ever post reviews. But the service was so bad here I feel I need to. I had a mobile order and pulled up in the drive through on the right side, was told through the speaker to wait just a moment. 10 minutes later and a dozen cars let ahead of me, still nobody taking my order and a giant line behind me. It got to the point I had to pull out and park at curbside & wait another 10 minutes. Absolutely terrible service especially considering I had a mobile order.

  Why do I have to pull up and wait for unsalted fries.... Worst fries of any McDonald's I've been. I do Love the new gray prison color palette McDonald's is going for!
