  I had a 9 mile move, including packing. The removal/loading from the current location seemed to move swiftly which started the day before and was completed the day of the move. The first problem, I had to tell them to label the boxes. However... The horror was what I found when they unloaded at the new location. My bedroom furniture was extremely damaged, all 4 pieces, 1 year old, solid wood, dark smudges on living room furniture. Same furniture was moved by Greg's moving company the year before and there was no furniture damage nor was there any damage to the walls of the apartment I was moving in. There are nicks on coffee tables...not to mention, nicks in the walls that I will be charged for. Some of the boxes were shabbily packed and missing items of which I have yet to be compensated for. It took me 4 phone calls and almost a week to speak with someone once I had submitted the claim which you're required to do within 48 hours. After which there was always an issue and it then took more than 2 weeks before I could get some restitution. And the restitution was simply them coming out and covering up the damage on my furniture which helped, but there was no way that they could completely restore it back to its original look. The missing items I've still not been compensated for. To make matters worse, I was told by the manager that my complaint was the second one in 30 days for the same guy or set of guys who had been suspended. I chose this company because the ratings were good. All of them recent ratings, but now it makes me think that maybe those ratings are being entered on there by the company themselves to make them look good. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Warning: Do not attempt to go through the drive thru in a vehicle larger than a vw bug. I’ve been through some tight drive thrus in my Sierra, but this one takes cake. The food is good, and the people are friendly. Just go inside if you drive anything larger than mini cooper.

  Really enjoyed the service. The place is very clean and the pizza staff are always kind. Sarah was so kind and nice. Sky was also very kind and patient with me.
