  Very disappointed with my experience at the Arby’s in Benton. The lady working the drive-thru window was extremely rude and made the interaction unpleasant from the start. I paid extra for cheddar and specifically asked for Arby’s sauce, but received neither. On top of that, my fries were only about half full. I understand mistakes happen, but when you’re paying for something and specifically request it, you expect to actually receive what you paid for. The rude attitude on top of everything else made the experience even worse. Definitely not the customer service I expect when spending my money somewhere.

  If I had know that Arby's in Benton was so broke they can't afford to give out more than 2 sauce packets for a half-pound roast beef sandwich, I would have saved my money and time and just went to Wal Mart. Pretty sad when you spend almost $20 and they can't give you more than two sauce packets. I will just not go next time. Thanks for nothing Arby's in Benton.

  My wife and I were eating here on Sunday and ge had our food minutes before the church rush hit. As the line to wait to order gets longer, we all the sudden hear some woman (likely a shift lead or manager) start yelling at someone saying, "im TIRED of repeating myself go help 'so-and-so'!!" We couldn't tell WHO she was yelling at but no employee needs to be scolded like that. ESPECIALLY with a lobby full of people who heard and witnessed everything. You can be a manager and NOT yell at the help to correct or train someone. If it were me she was yelling at, I would've walked right out. I hope the DM sees this and the manager gets retrained.

  Ordered the cheese steak in the drive thru. Didn't hear the price over the speaker but when I got to the window it was $19.00 for the sandwich only. These franchise restaurants are just taking advantage of customers. The people working there are always polite and willing to do their job. With prices like that I won't be going back. And there was nothing special about the cheese steak..
