  It's been a while since I ate at Arby's. I didn't know they do burgers! I had the deluxe burger with curly fries. I made it a large size order. I had a choice of sizes! 👍 The service was great, the young lady was very polite and friendly. I had a long day on the road. She was a real bright spot! Everything was clean, neat and well stocked. A nice selection of drinks. I tried a couple different drinks. The fountain mixes were spot on! The taste and fizz was perfect. There was plenty of seating. Every table was chair was clean! Not a sticky smeared mess in sight. They maintained the cleanliness and customer safety. IMPORTANT TO ME! It was quiet and pleasant. I enjoyed my meal and left completely filled, satisfied, and in a great frame of mind. Great job, Benton, Arkansas Arby's!

  The chicken on our buffalo chicken ranch sandwich was raw 😭😭 this is very unacceptable and disgusting.

  Please, hire some new people. My girlfriend LOVES Arby's, and continues to send me there quite often. It has been SOOO long since we have gotten a correct order. (I'm talking months) Tonight was wrong sandwiches, the fries were correct...(old and cold, but they were crinkle fries) most often its wrong fries. (We order crinkle, they usually give curley. Do they get a bonus for pushing curley fries?) The girl at the window was very polite. Please fix this, as my girlfriend will continue to give Arby's chance after chance. Went back tonight 12-26-2025. Looked like a new crew. Service was awesome. Guy at the window took time to read back my order, got all of the correct food. All fresh and tasty! Even got the crinkle fries! MUCH BETTER CREW! I have faith in Arby's once again!
