  Ordered the cheese steak in the drive thru. Didn't hear the price over the speaker but when I got to the window it was $19.00 for the sandwich only. These franchise restaurants are just taking advantage of customers. The people working there are always polite and willing to do their job. With prices like that I won't be going back. And there was nothing special about the cheese steak..

  We drive 30 minutes to this specific Arby's with the old school hat as the sign. One because the food is always on point, Two because the staff actually smiles and serves the food to the table, Three because it's clean and never busy and Fourth they play the best old school 80s and 90s 🎶. 100%

  Stopped in for lunch today. The entire crew was disorganized, one person was trying to take orders in the front and full orders for drive through. 2 people working drive through seemed like they had no clue. Food was ok, not as good as normal

  I specifically ordered no cheese on a Ruben sandwich, because I am allergic to it. I then ask again at the window "this doesn't have cheese right? Because I'm allergic to it". The manager was overlooking and the young man at the window said "there's no cheese". Well, I have a video of the cheese being pulled off. Sandwich is in the trash. I hate it because they can have some good food but they are the rudest place around and they just don't care about what people order & pay for.
