  It’s crazy that the lights are shut off every night around 9… but it’s still open? Or maybe how the food is never right, even when not busy. Idk but there soda/icecream machine is always down.. go to Cabot- Atleast they can give you what you order.

  Food is burnt, found hair in my sons breakfast sandwich. Went to return manager didn't believe me I took a picture. Zoomed in than she said oh. This place is always nasty inside and getting orders wrong. Usually short snappy people working drive through but last few times I went and now plan to never return there were a few happy bright girls at the first window. But over all everyone has a major attitude especially the "flamboyant male manager"who cannot do math. 🤣

  This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a frappe on the app, just to wait forever in line and be told I couldn’t get it due to the machine being down. Do better and update if an item is unavailable. The manager was so professional she wrote my name on a napkin!

  Visited on Mother's Day 2026. Absolutely dreadful experience. They got our order all wrong, what we did get was cold, the wait was extremely long. The worst problem was the manager and crew. It was not busy by McDonald's standards, yet the team was in total disarray. There was one girl bagging food and she kept yelling out mean things toward the entire team....things like "she's braindead," "I don't know why she keeps asking me all her questions", just completely loud and obnoxious behavior. The whole restaurant could hear her. No food was moving. Again it wasn't that busy. So when the food came back wrong and cold we just asked for a refund. The manager complained that who ever did the schedule only scheduled one manager and they are going to wonder why there were so many refunds. Not sure how many managers you need on a shift at McDonald's. The refund was done wrong as well and we were shorted 2 dollars are some change but we just left. Another person asked for a refund after we did. Just avoid this place...you will be happier if you do.

  Anytime I come to this McDonald’s for breakfast, I end up waiting 40 minutes after I’ve already paid. The staff has no clue what’s happened to my order and it’s usually wrong when I finally get it. Why can’t they get it together? Why does this happen every single time? McDonald’s, check on your people in Beebe.
