  I swear the people who work here are always so rude. Food is always cold and dried out. They should just shut this place down.

  Never again! The workers were kinda snotty and just wanted us gone when I asked a couple of questions. And,no,it was not crowded,only one other person.No smile,no 'May u help you'. To Arby's Management: Please make your workers go thru customer relations training. Personally,I'll never be back.

  Curly fries weren't curly. I got all the crumbly bits at the bottom of the bag. Ordered through mobile app and told the dude i was eating there. He sat my food in the mobile pickup and never told me it was ready. So it was cold. Then the burger was medium rare. He argued with me about that being Arby's new standard. They now serve medium rare burgers, and if i had a problem with it, i can call corporate. Disgusting. Shut em down like KFC. This place is bad.
