  I’m so upset because they shut the lights off on me after waiting to order and having the button pressed at 10:30 at night. The manager was outside just talking to someone in a car not caring about anything or anyone. I drove all the way from work in batesville and chose to stop here because I live in a judsonia and I didn’t want my food to be cold and I like this place but not anymore. This sucks. I still love some folks working here but I guess I can expect nothing but disappointment from the night crew. I hate McDonalds yall and I’m typing this from the McDonald’s drive thru because I don’t want some nasty gas station food right now after working all the long hours in the heat.

  I just wanted to express the gratitude I have for the kindness I just experienced during my stop at this location. I have been going through a very dark place in my life and the cashier and workers doing such a small act of kindness made a huge impact on me. I can’t express how thankful I am.

  Not sure how you all are still open. Only received half of our order after paying over $25. Chicken sandwich was horrible. Extremely dry and the specialty drink sucks.

  Had to push the button 3 times to get someone to answer then they send out someone who can’t count change I literally had to pull out a calculator to help her figure out correct change that I already knew! Then she only gives me the bills back and promptly walks away with the rest of my change. Press the red button 4 more times trying to get someone to fix it and no one would answer so I drove to the drive through and had to sit there watching 10 or more people just stand around for almost 15 mins before someone came to the window and she had the audacity to be rude to me for trying to get my correct amount of money back and was very rude. Got home and my food was wrong so I called to talk to a manager and she just talked to me condescendingly. Her excuse is that there’s young people working. If you’re old enough to have a job that requires you to exchange money you should know how to count change. They already need to replace employees especially managers! I will definitely be getting ahold of corporate and I’m not the only one there were several people speed off mad while I was there. Very disappointing for our town to have such horrendous customer service and management!
