  The actual land of inconvenience. I show up to get food for my co-workers, everyone pitched in. Most people throw in cash, one person throws in a card. Wait for my order, it arrives, and the server tells me they are unable to split the payment between cash and card. I either have to pay all cash or all card, it's physically impossible for them to split the payment. On top of it, this location is notorious constantly messing up orders. The last 12 times I have ordered a drink, they have not given me a Coke zero like I ordered, they have not given me easy ice like I requested. The stalls are constantly shut down, making it impossible for you to actually place an order. Everything about this store is designed to be as inconvenient as possible, it feels like. For the sake of fairness I will not even start on the app, since it has nothing to do with this store, but the Sonic app is also the absolute freaking worst.

  The food made me sick. Like, in the bathroom sick. And they screwed my entire order up. The shake was not mixed up. The sandwich was cold. They forgot my fries. And my mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock with no sauce. Disgusting food.

  Some of the WORST customer service I have experienced in this location - these people are SO incompetent. People here are really slow (both literally and mentally). No surprise - it's Arkansas! I would recommend you take your business elsewhere and I will be writing a COMPLAINT against this location and recommending replacing employees with someone from out of town!
