  Was very hesitant to make this review but after over ten times of messing up orders and or not having items in the bag or having attitudes at the window, i decided to go ahead. With Taco Bell being the only restaurant open after my husband gets off work, it’s what we eat a lot. But the service is terrible, over 90 percent of the time my order is missing 2 or more items, and or just being completely wrong. I’ve had tacos with meat when it says no meat, tacos with items I didn’t ask for ,tacos with the shell completely broken, I’m talking looked like it was punched broken. I’ve also had items literally out of the package like in the bottom of the bag. I’ve complained a zillion times and nothing gets done. If I call up there or drive back around I receive so much attitude that it’s honestly hurts the heart a little, all over me asking for the items that were missing. I do hate making reviews, and I’d hate for someone to get in trouble over this, but as someone who eats Taco Bell 4/7 nights in a row sometimes, I’m getting sick of missing items and having to break open every burrito to figure out what I’m missing. It’s only ever night shift too, I haven’t had issues out of day shit. Also side note, just now I’ve had issues with my husband getting my order for me? I’ve never had an issue anywhere and now all the sudden he couldn’t get my order even though he recited my whole order to them. It’s so annoying. Posting a few pictures from past trips below. The last two pictures being tacos with tortilla chips on it? Like no where near what i ordered. Just throwing stuff on there. The first two being broken tacos that are wet and broken just a few minutes after receiving it. Also one last thing, the wait time is crazy, I get sometimes I order 5-7 items but like 30-45 minutes should not be okay for a wait time. Every single time I go I wait forever.

  One of their employees absolutely berated me today. He was disrespectful and talked crap the entire time I was walking out the door. All over a taco box. Kept on adding more and more things i had to do to pick up the order my husband placed. After I turned to leave he told me he wasn’t letting me leave with any food next time if I didn’t have the app used to make the order with me. Completely unprofessional. I’ve never been degraded so much by someone who works in the service industry. Taco Bell. Employees like this are why your arkadelphia ratings are so low.

  Taco Bell dayshift normally has excellent service and they accurately make your meal even when it is extremely busy. At this location, the Night Shift staff almost sound annoyed that you’ve pulled into their location, making them actually have to earn their pay, because that is all they are there to do. Is collect a check. I had a late night order for my family consisting of around 10 items of food. Most of the order was correct, but there were three items wrong and one item missing. I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito and I wanted the beef to be exchanged for potatoes. I never got it. Then I wanted to try the melty pepper jack steak burrito and they made that just fine to my surprise. Also I ordered the Fresca pepper jack steak burrito, this tasted good as well except they forgot to add the fiesta strips. Overall if you can, order during the day time so night shift can take it easy and not do anything like they were expecting to when they applied for the night shift. I hope something in their lives change so they’ll be more attentive and willing to do a better job. P.S. their lettuce did not give me the parasite so this location at least has that going for them.

  Sometimes the food is good and sometimes its not at all. Sometimes the staff are friendly and sometimes they just do the bare minimum and dont say a word to you. Its alright tho if ur rly hungry. But not an exciting experience; also they get my online orders wrong A LOT

  I'm very unhappy with this location I came in with my family waited 5m to have someone take my order. When someone finally seen I was there they asked if I was ready I told them yes, they then yelled for someone else to come to the front told me just a few minutes. ( I was fine with this ) Then when she finally came up she asked me to use the computer behind me in the lobby I said no I like ordering with a person. She then said well our registers don't work right now. This upset me because I have been waiting about 10m now. So I asked why didn't you all just tell me that instead of having me wait? She didn't answer me and walked away. Then when I was ordering with the computer 2 other people came in and placed a order with them at the counter and received there food fast while I'm still actively waiting on my food. This is completely unprofessional and I feel like I was also discriminated against because why was I treated this way yet 2 other people could order but I couldn't. I'm very upset with this location and I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
