  Yesterday, August 15th, I had the worst experience EVER & I will NOT be back. My husband & I got there at 2:12, ordered 2 small drinks & a small mozzarella stick and it took ALMOST 50 minutes to get it. If we didn't already pay, we would've left. Yes, it was very packed for some odd reason but it shouldn't take that long to get out two small & a small mozzarella. Most of the people had ordered drinks. After waiting 20 minutes, my husband pushed the intercom button & the lady who answered sayed our ordered hasn't been scanned yet & there was 10 orders in front of us. We sat right by the door and watched the car carhops come in & out, and we saw over 12 orders come out. So we called again, my husband asked where our order was and if it was coming out to us or we wanted a refund - the guy said there was 8 more orders in front of ours. 8 MORE ORDERS WHEN WE WERE TOLD 10 JUST A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THAT. We waited until 3:00 to page back, the lady said our order was about to walk out which is was. IT TOOK ALMOST 50 MINUTES TO GET OUR ORDER AND THAT'S VERY UNACCEPTABLE. There was some cars that got there after us and got they're orders before we did. Like I said, most were drinks not food, but this is supposed to be fast food. Our mozzarella sticks tastes like they've been sitting out for days, we couldn't even eat them. We didn't send them back because we didn't want to wait anymore. Absolutely unacceptable and I will NEVER be back.

  Can't even get a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich right.. What even is this? DO NOT waste your money here because it is a waste.

  Took 40 min to get our food and only ordered a breakfast burrito and mozzarella sticks with 2 drinks this is wild

  Never stop here if there's several cars already waiting.....I stopped Saturday with maybe 4 or 5 stalls open and ordered my simple order and after over 23 minutes no food...luckily I picked the cash option and just drove off and had food at braums drive thru will minimal waiting ...NEVER stop here if there's already a lot of cars already there.....horrible slow when more than 7 or 8 cars are there already
