Ordered 2 mini blasts. It took 25 minutes to get them and one was incorrect. They offered to correct it but I didn’t want to wait that much longer. Charged full price.
I recently had a really bad experience here because of one employee’s behavior. She was extremely rude from the start, giving attitude for no reason and making the whole interaction uncomfortable( i think her name was Jordyn). What crossed the line was her making disrespectful comments about my appearance, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any workplace.
Customers should never be treated like that, no matter the situation. It honestly ruined the entire visit, and I won’t be coming back because of it. Management seriously needs to address how employees are treating people, because this kind of behavior reflects badly on the whole place.

Went there tonight Monday April 13,2026. The service was awful, the food was awful. The workers where to busy running out to visit friends at the table out front. The hamburger was falling apart the bread was torn. And the French fries over cooked. The worst service eve received from sonic. Way over priced for bad food. And bad service.

Both of my kids got food poisoning from eating from here! I’m not sure if it was the nasty ice cream or the food! This is disgusting! How are yall okay with severing bad ice cream the ice cream tasted like it was months old! I only order from here bc I had no way of getting to my Sonic in van buren! How upsetting! Do better!😒

I was starving after a long flight this mornin. I was craving breakfast burritos. It was almost 11, so too late for McDonald's and Braum's. Our Sonic at home has declined sooo much, so this was not even on my list. But they were pretty packed, which is usually a good sign. I had an hour until I could pick my dog up from the sitter, so I gave em a shot. 2 Burritos (had no clue how big they were!!! So I had the 2nd one a couple hours later)
Placed my order with a friendly guy on the intercom. Within minutes, a gal introduced herself as Kiara (sp? ... she had a name tag, but I didn't check it) and also had my extra picante sauce that I had asked for.
This seriously made my day. I MISS great customer service and good, quick food.
I worked for sonic all through high school. Yes, you get slammed... back in the day, we STAYED slammed. But you still do the job WELL and smile!!! We were a GREAT store back then. This one in Alma reminded me of those sweet ol days.
