- CMCrystal MyrickMar 6, 20261.0This was the third time in a row I’ve had a terrible experience with Pizza Hut, and at this point it’s clear this location simply cannot handle basic operations. Every single order I’ve placed has involved waiting an hour or more for pizza that should have been ready long before that. The worst experience was when I drove all the way to the store to pick up my order, only to be told they were too busy because someone called out and they had to cancel orders. Instead of notifying customers ahead of time, they allowed people to place orders, drive there, and then casually told them they were canceling it and issued a refund. That is an unbelievable waste of customers’ time. Staffing issues happen, but when the same problem occurs three times in a row, it’s no longer an excuse—it’s a management failure. If a store cannot handle orders due to staffing, the responsible thing to do is turn off ordering or notify customers, not let people place orders and then leave them waiting an hour or standing in the store only to be turned away. At this point, this location has proven it cannot deliver even the most basic level of service. After multiple chances, I’m done. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again, and I strongly suggest others think twice unless they enjoy wasting their time.
