  Chris is genuinely one of the nastiest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For a district manager, the lack of professionalism is actually embarrassing. The man is rude, disrespectful, careless, and gives absolutely zero confidence that he knows how to run anything. On top of that, the sanitation standards I witnessed were disgusting. If Chris is supposed to be responsible for maintaining standards, somebody seriously needs to start asking questions, because what I saw was unacceptable. The attitude, the cleanliness, the way customers are treated everything about the experience was horrible. Chris needs to seriously get it together because being a district manager clearly hasn’t taught him how to treat people or maintain basic standards.

  NEEDS TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Given food that had been sitting up for we don’t know how long!!!! Food order wasn’t freshly cooked and order was incorrect. They did fix our order after we complained, but ruined the initial experience. The staff/employees should have just done their proper/correct job from the very beginning instead of being LAZY. Staff need intense customer service training!!! Staff should treat paying customers how they would like to be treated as a paying customer!!!

  A young lady working the drive on tonight was the RUDEST YOUNG LADY EVER!!! She’s an African American fair skin young lady. I, only asked for fresh food and she yelled at me as if I was bothering her. I, then left the drive thru and went inside. They refuse to give me her name!!!! But she needs to removed from all customer interactions. I, spoke with the manager and she did apologize for the young lady actions. She had to send the young lady in the back because she knows she’s very rude!!!! I’ll be driving into Montgomery to visit their Jacks going foward or better yet stay away from Jacks restaurants. I will not spend my money anywhere and the employee is RUDE FOR NO Reason!!! That young lady will run plenty customers off with her attitude because she just ran me off!!! Then the same young lady that the manager sent to the back comes back to the front/kitchen area showing her something on her phone that fell on the floor in the back of the restaurant. Not to add she was standing near food with her cellphone out!!! The germs you say!!!! Very distasteful experience there tonight.
