    I called ahead for an out-of-town football team to pick up food for the ride home; I arrived at the time discussed earlier that morning, but nothing was ready. The manager told me she wasn't informed about it, even though she showed me a group message containing the information, and then she tried to charge more than what was discussed this morning as well. Overall, it was just a bad experience.

    We live in Vinemont and eat at this Jack's location quite often. We eat in and order through the drivethrough. We find this location clean and the employees have always been nice. The local theme of the restaurant is nice. Typically we get the Big Jack's Combo. I order mine with no mayo and they get my order right 100% of the time. This does not sound like a big deal but other fast food companies either refuse to do it or get it wrong every time. The taste of the Big Jack is outstanding. The fresh trimmings make the burger. The patty is always done just right. If I am not going to grill my own buger I go to Jacks. Yes I will be back again and again.
