Each time, I was lucky enough to be waited on by Autumn. She always has a smile. Very professional and super nice. Reads the order back every time. I have interacted with some of her co-workers to a lesser extent. However, they have also been super nice with a smile, too. Of course, the chicken sandwiches are super fresh and delicious. However, this FIVE STAR review is for the employees who clearly go beyond what normally might be expected to a very elevated version of customer service that I do not hardly ever see...anywhere. Way to go!!!

- CLChris LeeAug 7, 20261.0After carefully considering whether to write this review, and after reading several of the other complaints, I realized that what I experienced today appears to be part of an ongoing pattern at this Chick-fil-A location. I recently visited this location to pick up a online order. I found the designated pickup area and waited because the app did not show that the order was ready. While I stood at the counter, multiple employees—including what appeared to be a manager or supervisor—walked past me without acknowledging my presence. I waited for more than 15 minutes before finally asking an employee who had just returned from his break if someone could assist me. He asked if anyone had helped me, even though I had walked past him earlier while he was on break and had been standing at the counter the entire time. Meanwhile, the employee working the front counter remained focused solely on customers in line. At no point did he ask if I needed assistance or attempt to find another team member who could help. He avoided making eye contact, as did several other employees, making me feel as though I was invisible. What made this experience even more disappointing is that I have visited many Chick-fil-A locations over the years and have consistently experienced the high level of hospitality and customer service the brand is known for. This is the first location where I have felt ignored and genuinely disrespected. After reading reviews from the past several months, it seems that concerns about customer service and slow order fulfillment have been raised repeatedly. Unfortunately, my experience reflected many of those same issues. This location would benefit from stronger leadership, improved customer service training, and a more effective process for assisting guests and delivery drivers promptly. Providing timely acknowledgment, even during busy periods, is a basic expectation of good customer service. Improving these areas starts with leadership setting the standard and ensuring the team consistently delivers the level of service customers expect from Chick-fil-A.
