  You honestly can’t say chic fil a has bad food. But it surprises me that I can say the service is bad at this location. That’s usually what sets them apart. But this one has to have the slowest service. And non chalant employees. I regularly go to the busier one by the galleria and wait way less. It’s like being at a McDonald’s where nobody cares.

  We love Chick-fil-A and eat here for dinner at least once a week, but this location consistently misses items from our evening orders. We almost never have issues during breakfast, only during dinner service. Most recently, two large fries were missing from our order. Occasional mistakes happen anywhere, but when it becomes a consistent pattern, it’s frustrating and disappointing, especially from a restaurant known for customer service and accuracy. The dinner shift clearly needs better order-checking processes during busy hours. We really do like this location and want to keep supporting it, but the repeated mistakes are becoming hard to overlook. Do better, Cahaba Heights CFA.

  I was the only person in line for dine in. I stood there as 3 different employees avoided eye contact. I eventually just left. It was really weird.

  7 employees standing around behind the counter but not a single one could be bothered to let me know my food was ready and had been sitting there for 5 minutes. The employees were so loud that the cashier had to ask me to start over with my order because she couldn’t hear. I hope the GM takes a serious look at their location, because it was not a good experience today.

  I went through drive through and received part of my order plus another order that was not mine. My sauces and my drink were missing but I didn’t realize it until I drove off. I drove back to the restaurant and returned to drive through to get the corrections. No one in the drive through or at window ever apologized for the inconvenience and the young lady at the window did not speak at all either time. She acted annoyed. The food was all great- just not the typical CFA service today.
