  The employees at this location are the rudest that I have ever experienced. I was never even acknowledged. Put my order in on the kiosk to be sent to front counter. Not one employee acknowledged me there. I was never able to pay, therefore I was not able to get my order. I will never waste my time at this location again. I eat McDonald's daily. I travel with work and eat at many different locations throughout the week. I will not visit this location after today's experience.

  The last two times I’ve been here, I was charged for a donation without being asked. They round up your total and don’t mention it, and in both cases, I wasn’t offered a receipt unless I specifically asked for one. On my most recent visit, the manager taking my order didn’t send it to the kitchen until I got to the window because she wanted to confirm it. After confirming everything was correct, she gave me a total of $20 even. It felt higher than usual, but I assumed it was because a value deal I normally order has been discontinued. When I came back around to ask for my receipt, I saw that I had once again been charged for a donation without being told. When I questioned it, the same manager who took my order and payment claimed she “didn’t take my order,” which was simply not true. She then tried to refund me in cash even though I paid with a card, which made the situation even more questionable. This isn’t about the small amount of money—it’s about not being given a choice and the lack of transparency. One time might be a mistake, but repeated behavior like this feels intentional. I’ve also seen others mention similar experiences at this location, which makes it even more concerning. I recommend checking your receipt carefully if you visit this location.

  Ms. Yolanda at his location needs a management position or a nice raise. She is always so pleasant and welcoming!! This is the only location I eat at because of her.

  I went in there on April 1,26 at 235 pm I ordered and went to get my Diet coke the machine was out on both sides They finally gave me one behind the counter When i needed a refill the customer drink area was still empty I had to wait a very long time to get a refill When i was there I saw a employee walk out & the Mexican lady manger is always really rude That's the worst location you can go to The best thing you can do just stay away from it
