Two employees—both people of color—seemed unwilling to serve me; I had to wait seven minutes before anyone would attend to me, even though there was absolutely no one else in the place. In the end, they made me pay for my coffee, but I never actually received it. I waited for six minutes, and they never handed it over. I didn't want to cause any trouble, so I simply left. Honestly, it was a terrible experience.

I want to recognize Willie for having such a great attitude and for doing his job with excellence. I know he will do so well in life with that kind of attitude. It’s so rare nowadays to have such great service at a fast food restaurant and I want Willie to be recognized for being the exception in this industry.
