Ordered on Uber Eats and waited over 1 hour for it to keep getting pushed back saying they were preparing our order. Than after over 1 hour of waiting they cancelled the order. Now I will be honest and say we ordered pretty close to the end of breakfast but If you saw the order come in and knew it could not be prepared in time than cancel it straight away rather than pushing the order back and back. I also tried to call the store twice and the phone was disconnected. I’ve never had jacks breakfast and was looking forward to having it today.
