Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- CFC FAug 13, 20261.0I’ve eaten at several Whataburgers across the southeast. This has to be the worst one when it comes to customer service. Rude attitude, no greeting,no thank you. It’s terrible. Literally the drive thru worker got upset and said she hates when people put in mobile orders on the app, as we done for dine in. Guess she forgets who pays her paycheck. (The customers)

After I pay and get the food it’s completely different from what I said. They tell me they can’t fix my order, all they can do is refund me. For me to re-order it and pay again. I ask when would I get the refund she says she doesn’t knows to just re order it.

Not certain if the weather played a part in that (bad weather 7/31/26). The person on the other side had been sitting before I pulled up. He asked if anyone asked to take my order. I said no. He was about to pull off when someone finally greeted him.
