Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- TWTrey Waldrop1 day ago1.0I just waited 15 minutes (only person in line by the way) for a single burger. Nothing else, just a burger. This is absolutely the worst garbage I have ever gotten from Whataburger. The employees were rude as hell and my food is absolutely trash. I will never eat at another Whataburger as long as I live. 3rd location, 3rd bad experience. The problem isnt the food. The problem is your apparent inability to hire employees that take even the slightest bit of pride in what they do.

Instead of saying your welcome or my pleasure something nice she said mhmmm and one of the sandwiches were made wrong

After 10 minutes of waiting, employee comes out and asks to see the receipt because they forgot what we ordered. 10 minutes later, we are given food. It’s another customer’s order. We address the mixup and finally have our food. But then we realize a sandwich is missing. So I go inside and get it. Finally, over 30 minutes after ordering, we are back on the road and eating our food. I take a bite of my jalapeño cheeseburger. They forgot the jalapeño. (PS customer-facing employees were polite and said sorry. But address the management of the drive through. Perhaps consider offering a free small fry or something to customers who have to wait that long to get their food. This experience turned me off the brand entirely.)

Seems to me one guy looks to be working alone when the others are outdoor in there orange shirts probably would have went somewhere else but couldn't find anything open and I needed to take some pills. Waiting on food and I can hear them inside laughing and I'm the only customer.
- LMLevi MerchantJun 21, 20261.0Worst experience at a Whataburger, ever! We waited for our order for 40 minutes just to be told that the order was ready and they forgotten to bring it to us. My dad looked in the kitchen and saw that our order was clearly not there. We just got our refund and got ours there and headed to the Arby’s close by.
