  Every time I come here, they get my order incorrect. I ordered the zabs ranch fries and received a box of fries with cheese sauce only. Drinks are often flat. Not worth the gas it takes to get there.

  Been going here for roughly 2-3 years. First bad experience ive had. I went through the drive through placed my order on the app got my food parked to make sure all my food was there. 2 things were missing my cheese quesadilla and my cinnamon twists went back and got the quesadilla didnt much care about the cinnamon twists. Got home after getting it. opened my box and they didnt have my doritos taco in the little box thing to avoid it getting crushed which resulted it to be completely crushed, from the other food.. super disappointed in my food tonight. Hopefully it will be better next time 😕

  When my husband and I came in and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 blue raspberry mixed with Baja blast slushies, I was told that they do not mix the slushies that no taco bell does that and thats the rules and that they follow the rules.....well I have NEVER EVER been turned down for my slushie to be mixed. Ever. Then I brushed it off and waited to get the food and when we got it, it was burned. Literally dark brown and black on top and bottom. We couldn't even eat it. So I went outside and called corporate and asked them if they had a policy to where they can't mix the slushies and the man said NO there isnt any. Then I explained to the man how bad the quesadillas were burned and the customer service was terrible. He gave me my money back for the order but I still havent found the link in my taco bell app where I got my refund. So I am just letting everyone know, if you want genuine customer service and not someone who just wants to make things difficult then go somewhere else. I have never been so displeased with someone who takes my order at taco bell. Then the food was burnt on top of it. Get it together people.

  Great food and service! The chalupas, taco pack, and nacho fries with the nacho cheese 😍
