  Called and canceled our reservation due to flight changes and still got charged $60. Move in weekend so there is no question whether or not they will fill our table.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for Sugo! We had such a great experience at Sugo! We started with the garlic bread and olive oil, and it was SO good! The olive oil was great quality and had whole cloves of roasted garlic and fresh rosemary in it. I will 100% be doing this at home now! The bread itself was a little chewy and probably could have used just a little more toasting, but that definitely wouldn’t stop us from ordering it again. Next was the eggplant parmesan — YUMMMM! 🌶️ There is a chili pepper next to it on the menu, and they mean it! If you don’t like spice, this probably isn’t the dish for you because it definitely has a kick. We loved it. It was absolutely delicious! We also tried the spaghetti parm, which was delicious as well. My only criticism was that the cheese wasn’t completely melted when it came out. You have to melt that cheese!! 😂 But again, it tasted great and we would happily order both dishes again. The service was excellent, and one of the managers/owners(?) even stopped by to check on our experience. We ended up having the nicest conversation! You could tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience. We also talked about everything that goes into preparing the food and how early they start prepping in the morning. I always appreciate hearing about the work that goes on behind the scenes. The menu isn’t huge, and I’m not mad about that at all. Give me a smaller menu where everything is done really well over a huge menu any day. If you have a small menu and do all of it well, that’s perfection! We will absolutely be back. Five stars for Sugo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Food was very good. Had Mama’s Meatballs and Eggplant Parmigiana. Also had pasta primavera.

  LOVE this restaurant! The fettuccini alfredo is some of the best I’ve ever had, bruschetta is delicious and the bread pudding was the perfect dessert. Tuscaloosa, if we fumble the bag on this restaurant, it’ll be a huge mistake!

  Excellent service! Ella was very attentive keeping my water full and provided great food recommendations. I enjoyed the spicy eggplant parmesan. Tiramisu for dinner was a great sweet treat and set at a reasonable price.
