  The food is good but slow , waited in line for bout a hour & took 30 mins waiting at microfone to place order , Then Another 25 waiting on food to pay.

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Sonic Drive-In. I ordered an unsweet tea with mango flavor, but what I received was clearly just water with mango flavoring added. The taste was off, and when I checked the drink, it confirmed my suspicion. What makes this even more frustrating is that I visited the day before and was told they were out of unsweet tea. The employee then offered to make it with water and flavor instead, which I declined. So to come back the next day, order the same thing, and be given exactly that without being told is unacceptable. If you’re out of a product, just say that—don’t substitute it with something completely different and charge customers as if it’s the same. Definitely not the quality or transparency I expected.

  Service is really bad, waited 30 mins for food, our online order said it was delivered 6 mins after check in wich was wrong, we waited, tried to hit the red button waited another 5 mins with no one answering. Had to go through the drive through to the window to even be able to get a hold of someone. Our order, was diet chery limeade. A vanilla ice coffe. A double smash burger. Tots. A corn dog. And a pretzel. When we went up the upgrade our drink to route 44 but they forgot the tots though. Along with having a bad attitude.

  Rude employees, worst strawberry LIMEAIDE I’ve ever had, don’t think there is any sprite in it nor did they put a single lime emplyee didn’t even know the strawberry LIMEAIDE was suppose to have limes in it, I asked for hot dogs for my kids and they gave me corn dogs… not to mention half the stalls were out of order.. 5/ 5
