Placed a mobile order for a drink and waited over 45 minutes for it. Had to ring the stall button 2 different times before they brought it out to me.
Update: they didn’t even make the drink right. I waited over 45 minutes just for my order to be wrong.

Ordered online. It gave us a 15min wait. So we drive there. Waited 30 additional mins for my food. And we were missing items.

This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to.
We waited 10 minutes after pushing the button and then they cancelled the call order because it was raining and I guess they didn’t wanna walk outside.
Don’t waste your time at this place.

As a DoorDash driver, I arrived at this location around 2:30 a.m. to pick up an order. The posted hours indicate the restaurant is open until 3:00 a.m., but employees informed me they were already closed and unable to fulfill the order.
This created an inconvenience not only for the customer waiting on their food, but also for me as a delivery driver. I spent time and fuel driving to the restaurant expecting it to be operating during its posted business hours, and I lost the opportunity to complete the delivery and earn income from that trip.
After speaking with other delivery drivers, I learned that similar situations may have occurred before. If the restaurant is regularly unable to operate until its advertised closing time, I would encourage management to update the posted hours accordingly. Accurate hours help customers and delivery drivers avoid unnecessary frustration, wasted time, and additional expenses.
I hope management addresses this issue so customers and delivery partners can rely on the hours that are advertised.

I visited this Sonic this morning, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
The employee taking my order over the speaker was less than pleasant. When I arrived at the window, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. Another employee came to the window to let me know they were changing the Sprite, and she was very polite and had a pleasant attitude.
However, when the first employee returned to the window, she still did not speak, never gave me my total, and appeared to have an attitude while handing me my change and food. I have no idea why she treated me that way, as I was respectful throughout the interaction.
The experience made me feel so uncomfortable that I threw the food away because I no longer felt comfortable eating it.
Customer service matters. A simple greeting, kindness, and professionalism can make a big difference in someone's day. I pray she has a better day, and I wish her nothing but the best.
