  Literally waited an hour for my online order. Idk who has that kind of time for pizza. They weren't even busy. Absolutely insane! Won't order again! Pizza Hut is literally like this at every location

  Wow, this is not your typical Pizza Hut. Multiple visits and always disappointed. I am done with them now. Rude employees and poor food quality just seals the deal. This picture is of a thin pizza with extra sauce. The sauce is not visible as there was barely any. Never would I have I guessed I would have to request it to be cut too. I ordered online and had the opportunity to request a call from the manager regarding my order. No call. No caring. That along with the drive thru ladies asking to have tips added to the ticket is just too much. When we want PH, we will drive to Skyland.

  Do not eat at this Pizza Hut. How do you accidentally give out my order 3 times? After the first time it should’ve clicked! I placed my order around 6:18, app said it would be read by 6:32. I get there and was told the order hasn’t been started and to come back in 40 minutes. I do that well of course it’s close to closing time because they close early at like 8 just to be given that dumb excuse that the order was handed out 3 times by mistake. I’m going to attach my order and you tell Me if you would accidentally hand out all this damn food out 3 times. Well the cashier gives us all these big wings which look disgusting and one of them was bitten out of!!! And the order wasn’t right! Cashiers like “ I will put a $50’credit on your account that btw NEVER CAME. Lady I paid $65 bump that $50 CREDIT how about return the money because I definitely won’t be eating at this disgusting location again.

  Literally the worst customer service EVER literally had to get out of my car to walk inside after doing an online order, got there workers are sitting around walking past me, no acknowledgment AT ALL TILL THE ONLY PERSON WHO ACTUALLY WAS WORKING STOPPED and apologized we love Pizza Hut pizza but Jesus hire some decent staff Pizza Hut!

  Gave wrong size and waited 40 minutes just for it to get messed up and they forgot! Get your game up Pizza hut😮‍💨
