  Ordered on the app at 8:28pm. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 8:43pm. I arrived and had to wait until 9:11pm. The worker tried to fet payment but I paid in the app. These people are all over the place. I’m not even hungry anymore. Pizza just thrown in the box. Some slices don’t even have all the toopings smh. Please do better cause I’m inconvenienced and annoyed. 0/10.

  This is the slowest place I have ever been. I ordered a pizza and it said it would be ready at 7:10. Got there and waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes WITHOUT moving before I went inside and waited another 20 minutes. Then waited almost just as long. Absolutely ridiculous. I've worked in the food industry and I get being busy but waiting almost is absolutely ridiculous. Witnessing the interaction between the customers and staff. I have to say the staff was absolutely disrespectful.

  Do not waste your time!! Pizzas are garbage and so are the employees. Ordered 6:24 supposed to be ready at 6:42. Get there “it’s in the oven” a few later they come and take payment. Walk away and come Back to say it was never made and park out front someone will bring it out in 15 mins. 20 mins later go inside to inquire.! 4 people waiting and no pizzas…. They hand me these two boxes one wrong the other looked terrible no cheese barely any toppings…. I told them they were wrong and said just give me my money back. The manager on duty i guess She had on a diff shirt she said her manager would have to give the refund and they weren’t there but she could remake them I told her they were already a remake and I didn’t want those garbage pizzas. I may have been a little aggitated but as i stormed out a man was coming in loooking angry carrying a pizza box so no doubt his order was screwed up too. I’ll dispute the charge with my Cc company and will NEVER waste my time there again.

  Should’ve listen to Lee. Promise time of 15 minutes, took over a hour. Lots of people waiting for orders. Angry, and irritated. Order board says plenty of orders are ready, but they aren’t—a corporate metric beater? When we finally got the pizza (45 minutes late) they forgot the breadsticks, and had to go back and make them. When we get home to eat…..we open the box expecting Pizza Hut of old. Nope. Uneven and missing ingredients loosely scattered across an underdone and very tough chewy almost sauceless crust. Taste is off. The boneless wings? Tyson Anytizers in sauce would be a step up. Wonder how Marco’s down the street is, cause it can’t be worse than the experience we just had—and I ain’t coming back here.

  Pizza was almost inedible. Dry, overdone, sauce and toppings not even covering the entire pizza. So bad that small kids wouldn’t even eat it. I paid for extra cheese and had less than even normal.
