My account was used and not one person I talked to would help. They hung up on me several times and Johnny told the girl I was dealing with to hang up on me when I asked for a manager above them. Also, I have two of the three calls recorded if upper management really wants to hear how their people speak and get caught in lies! That whole store needs to be fired. They are the exact reason why businesses fail.
