When I called the store, I was told the order had been canceled. After contacting the customer, I learned that wasn’t true. The customer told me they had placed the order a little after 9:00 p.m., well before closing. As a delivery driver, I depend on these orders for income. I wasted time and gas driving to the store, only to be given inaccurate information. If the store is going to close early, the hours should be updated, and employees should be honest with customers and drivers. Very disappointing experience.
