My roommate, who was intoxicated and the reason we ordered your service in the first place, had a dead phone and was unable to answer her calls. However, instead of simply asking me for the gate code, she was rude and aggressive from the moment she called. She repeatedly interrupted me, would not let me get a word in, and handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. I fully understand that the gate issue was caused by my mistake, but there was no reason for the conversation to be conducted in such a hostile way. Customer service is important, and this interaction left a very negative impression. Because of how I was treated, I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

I really don’t understand how a pizza as thin and burnt as this made it out the store. I really cannot eat most of this because it’s so hard and there’s so many air bubbles that there’s basically no filling in this. I am disappointed and I hope that when I return my pizza is up to papas standards. This was an unacceptable pizza to sell someone
