  My party of 5 adults and one child was refused service because we were told they did not want to overwhelm the server. I had never heard of such a diabolical excuse to not serve a party. I could understand if we were a party of 10 or more, but six on a slow Sunday. That is unacceptable.

  I had six people with me. We all ordered steaks and whoever cooks back there don’t know the difference between well-done, medium, medium rare and rare. None of our steaks were cooked, right the manager came out and did what she needed to do and comped our meal a little bit and having said all that we still had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for our food and there was hardly nobody in there.

  Unfortunately, I had high expectations for this place because the menu looked luxurious with its variety of steak cuts. My bad experience was that, despite the high prices, I decided to order dinner because it was my brother-in-law's mother's birthday and I wanted to give her a really nice surprise. But the surprise was on me, because something as simple as taking the order turned out to be unpleasant. I ordered a steak combo, which comes with two mandatory sides, and I chose rice and baked potato. The rice was less than half full, and they never added my baked potato. My brother-in-law ordered shrimp pasta with steak, and they gave him whatever the kitchen decided to put on it. I don't think it's fair that they charge such high prices and don't have any oversight of the cooks. The filet mignon I ordered was medium rare, and they gave it almost well done and very dry. For my brother-in-law's mom, she asked for salmon and the same thing happened with rice and salmon without flavor and dry. Everything is served in sizes like kids' plates. Honestly, I would never waste my money at that place again, I was spent almost 2 hundred dollars is a lot is ridiculous, they make me feel real upset😡 whatever!!!

  The manager told us we would have to wait an hour and a half to be seated because he didn't want to overwhelm the cook. Our group was a group of 11 with 4 adults a 3 year old and a child in a wheelchair. The other 5 were kids all under 17. We were there for about 5 minutes when he seated a family of 9. We left and went to Baumhowers wherethe servicewas outstanding. Thanks outback, I will spend my money elsewhere.

  11 family members went to outback around 7:30 pm on April 30, 2024. The manager told us it would be an hour and a half wait because he didn't want to stress out his cook. That's bullship!!!! You just didn't want us there. You seated other people while we were there waiting. We left and went and celebrated Malcolm and Miracle's birthday at where the service and atmosphere was a lot better. Thanks outback because I WONT return and I hope others see this post and boycott as well!
